Sessional work with PLUS
PLUS has a large pool of sessional workers. Most workers work with a particular age range - children, teenagers or young adults - but there are opportunities to work across the age ranges.
PLUS is looking for individuals who enjoy spending time with children and/or young people, who can work well in a team and who have energy and initiative.
Some experience (although not necessarily of paid work) is essential. Sessional staff receive full induction and ongoing training opportunities.

Volunteering with PLUS
If you are interested in working with children and/or young people but have no experience, PLUS may be able to offer opportunities for voluntary work. Volunteers must be aged at least sixteen.
Volunteers work in a staff team and always have support and supervision on hand. Volunteers should enjoy the company of children and young people and be willing to work in a team.
PLUS also has opportunities for volunteer drivers.
